Mr. Anoop Kumar Jairath qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1987. He started his job as a Gazetted officer in the Commercial Audit wing in the office of Comptroller & Auditor General of India (C&AG) from 1987 to 1991. His areas of functional expertise include Project Finance, Management Consultancy, Corporate Tax, Individual Tax, TDS, Service Tax to Private & Public Ltd. Companies, Trust, Societies & other entities in India & Abroad.

Apart from advising clients on various issues under the Income Tax Act, Wealth Tax Act and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, he has vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income Tax Act. He also handled appellate matters before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). He has a good exposure to business valuations.

Apart from practice in field of Audit & Taxation, he has provided core financial consultancy to PPP projects in Power & Highway Sector as a Financial Analyst. The major clients in Infrastructure are:
